§ 02 · What gets documented here
CRM operations, not CRM marketing.
Every process on this site sits inside a CRM — Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho — or one layer above it: scheduled dedup runs, pipeline stage validation, contact enrichment from public data, lead routing to the right territory. The processes are non-customer-facing: nothing here sends email to your contacts, nothing runs a marketing campaign, nothing auto-replies to a lead.
The RevOps team still owns the policy. Exceptions still route to a human. The process just handles the 80% that was rote cleanup.
§ 03 · Three things the processes own
Dedup & hygiene
Scheduled dedup scan across contacts/companies/deals. Merge candidates drafted, reviewed by admin, merged in the CRM’s native merge tool. No silent background merges.
Enrichment writeback
Scan contacts missing firmographic fields (company size, industry, geography). Enrich from public sources. Write back to the CRM with a source flag and a timestamp.
Stage & ownership audit
Weekly audit — stale opportunities, deals missing required fields, reps with more deals than their capacity. Exceptions land in a single report for the sales-ops lead to resolve.
